General Returns Policy
If for some reason you wish to return a product, please contact us within 10 working days of receiving your order at sales@organiciherbs.com stating the reason for return. Please make sure to contact our online sales team before returning goods so that a collection can be organized. The products must be unopened in order for us to accept returns.
A collection charge will be made if goods have to be collected due to customer error. All returned goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging with the receipt that came with your order, and we will give a full refund.
We are unable to accept opened containers for a refund unless the product is deemed faulty. We are unable to accept items that require refrigeration including Oil Blend and Micro-Probiotic range.
In accordance with FSAI/HSE/IOA requirements, we CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS if any of the food supplements is opened.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Cancelling Your Order
You may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 10 days after your products have been delivered. The notification should state your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your order after we have dispatched the products then you must return the products to us in a securely wrapped parcel to Unit 2 Blanchardstown Business Centre, Clonsilla Road, Dublin 15. The products should be returned in good condition and unopened. We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service. You can no longer cancel your order once you have opened the product containers or used the products. However, your statutory rights regarding quality will remain unaffected.
Nutritional Concept Ltd will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the goods are returned. Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Postage costs cannot be refunded for orders unless goods are damaged or not as described. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.
